Important things to know:

Wednesdays

On Wednesdays (Our 'Wings Wednesdays'), we do not have our usual starters,mains ,or platters available - we only serve Chicken wings or Cauliflower wings. All of our usual sides, desserts, and drinks are available.

If we run out, we run out

Due to the nature of being a Smokehouse - food taking up to 16 hours, sometimes even more! - this means that if we run out, we run out.

Served slightly warm, not hot

Since our food is smoked at least a day in advance, we must let it rest for as long as possible to give you the softest meat we can. This means that we serve our food ever so slightly warm to ensure that it is succulent and is not overcooked - maintaining the high quality we want you to experience.

Pre-ordering

Please supply your food preference with your booking to ensure that we have it available for you as we can often sell out. (Must be at least 2 days in advance)

Closed during lunchtime (12 noon - 3pm) on Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday

If you would like any special lunchtime bookings (parties, events, meetings, etc.) on these days please get in touch and we will happily discuss it further and help arrange something.

No-shows & Cancellations

Due to many no-shows and cancellations without genuine reason, we now have to hold credit card information (no deposit required). Our no-show and cancellation policies can be found at the bottom of the page.

Disclaimer: Please note that while booking ahead does guarantee a table, it unfortunately doesn’t guarantee the availability of each dish, unless you include your choice of dishes along with your booking (must be at least 48 hours in advance). Due to the type of cuisine we offer and our cooking processes (the long and slow, up to 14hrs, cooking time), we cannot ensure that every dish will be available at all times. We thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

The purpose of these policies are to ensure the best possible experience for all parties. Moreover, this is our family's livelihood and any cancellations or no-shows really will hurt us a lot more than most restaurants and other chains. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellations:

For groups of 4 or less, you must cancel with at least 24 hours notice to avoid our standard cancellation fee.

For groups of 4 or more, you must cancel with at least 72 hours notice to avoid our standard cancellation fee.

If you have made any requests, you must cancel with at least 48 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged 50% of what was requested or the standard cancellation fee (whichever is higher).

No-Shows:

All no-shows will be charged with our standard no-show fee.

All charges are applied per head.
