Our Family
We are a fun and loving family of four. Nilashis and I (Sudipa) are blessed with two beautiful children; Ssnehnil, our son in his second year of university, and our daughter Snehhrwita, in year 8.
Our Story
Over the past few years, we have endured several life-changing events, and this made us consider “what is important in life”. Thus, following my major surgeries last year, I finally decided to pursue our dream before it was too late. Hence, we set up our own company: N3SG. This is our family business, established in 2024, with my son and me as the directors.
Our Cuisine
Opening a restaurant has been a lifelong dream for us and that dream grew even stronger when Nilashis and I travelled to Houston, Texas. We visited a smokehouse and knew that this was the type of food we wanted to make and share. Sticking with our Indian heritage, we came up with the idea of TX IN – a fusion of smokey Texan food with Indian spice and flavour.
